This new entrants package is the perfect foundation for a career in the Electrical and Renewable Energy sector and includes the following:
- LCL Awards Domestic Electrical Installer Qualification (4 days)
- City & Guilds 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations Qualification (3 days)
- Level 3 Initial Verification Inspection & Testing Qualification (3 days)
- Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installation Level 3 Qualification (2 days)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Book (Hard copy - Latest edition)
- Guidance Note 3 Code of Practice for Electrical Inspection & Testing
- IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging (Latest Edition)
This course package is flexible and will be delivered in a timescale at your convenience to fit around your work schedule and will be assessed through a number of examinations and practical assessments.
Individual units available separately if required.
This package is perfect for the new entrant to the Electrical industry as there is no shortage of work in the renewable energy sector and with the qualifications gained in the package you can enter the industry immediately and work under the supervision of a skilled person. Our experienced tutors will be able to guide you in all aspects of working in the electrical industry and in many cases we can provide successful candidates from this package with work placements that often lead to full-time positions.
This flexible package can be undertaken at your convenience at either of our centres which are perfectly located close to the M1, M25 and Central London.
To self certify domestic electrical work in the UK it is recommended that you are also working towards the following Level 3 qualification:
